TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome!

 

My services are provided to you based on these terms and conditions. You accept the terms by:

  • Accessing resources via the website.

  • Continuing to use the services provided by Igniting your Goddess,

  • Paying for services provided by Igniting your Goddess.

This agreement begins upon reading the agreement and will be for the duration of all service’s provided.

 Bookings 

  1. All clients with bookings will receive an appointment reminder 24-48 hours before their appointment time.

  2. In cases where confirmation has not been received, Igniting your Goddess will reasonably endeavour to contact you to confirm your appointment and obtain pre-appointment documentation.

  3. By booking your appointment you are accepting Igniting your Goddess’s cancellation and ‘no show’ policy and Fee Schedule as outlined in there Terms and Conditions. 

 

Payment and Cancellation policy

  1. You accept the Fee Schedule as it pertains to the relevant packages and Services you have booked.

  2. Payment is expected on or before the day of your appointment and all bookings incur a non-refundable deposit of 50%.

  3. Payment by bank transfer is preferred but debit or credit card is available for your convenience.  

  4. 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment and not incur additional costs beyond the non-refundable deposit.

  5. If you cancel your booking within these 48 hours, but no less than 24 hours and do not attempt to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours from your original appointment time, 50% of your appointment fee will be charged.

  6. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time and do not attempt to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your original appointment, 100% of the appointment fee will be charged.

  7. New appointment times are subject to availability.

  8. If your appointment is cancelled by Igniting your goddess within 48 hours of your appointment time, no financial penalty will be incurred by you.

  9. If in the event your appointment is cancelled by Igniting your goddess and no suitable replacement appointment can be arranged in a reasonable timeframe, your full deposit will be refunded.

  10. A “No Show” occurs in the event that Grow Strong Lactation and Physiotherapy or one of their representatives, arrives at the designated appointment address at the appointment time and you are not there within 15 minutes of the appointment commencing.

  11. In the event of a ‘no show’ all reasonable attempts will be made by Igniting your Goddess to contact you and make an alternative appointment.

  12. If an alternative appointment is not made within 48 hours of the appointment time, 100% of the appointment fee plus travel costs as outlined in these Terms and Conditions will be invoiced to you and payable within 7 days via direct debit or third party system.

 

Travel Charges  
Appointments outside of the Port Hedland, South Hedland and Wedgefield areas may incur a travel fee. Telehealth appointments are also available.         
     
Dispute resolution process
Igniting your Goddess are committed to their clients and their customer satisfaction. If, in the event you are unhappy with the Services provided Igniting your goddess we encourage you to contact us at sam@ignitingyourgoddess.com to discuss your complaint and rectify if appropriate.

Limitation of Liability

No Medical or Personal Advice
The information and any services we provide at Igniting your Goddess through is for general information and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for any professional or medical attention, treatment, examination, advice or diagnosis. You are responsible for consulting a medical professional before using any of the information or materials contained on or accessed through our services, before commencing any new regimes, making alterations to your diet, trying any treatment or taking any course of action that may directly or indirectly affect your health or wellbeing.

You take full responsibility and risk for making any decision based on information on our website or in using our Services. You hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims you may have now or in the future against us and we take no responsibility or liability whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury that may arise from any person acting on any statement or information contained on this website and all such liabilities are expressly disclaimed.

‘Services’ includes any online materials, consulting, coaching, programs, sessions, products and all goods and services that may be accessed through our website from time to time.

Education and Coaching
By using our services, you agree that Igniting your Goddess is not to be held liable for any decisions you make based on any of our services or guidance and any consequences, as a result, are your own. Under no circumstances can you hold Igniting your Goddess liable for any actions you take nor can you hold us or any of our employees liable for any loss or costs incurred by you as a result of any guidance, advice, coaching, materials or techniques used or provided by Igniting your Goddess.

All our information on both the website and in consultations is intended to assist you and does not in any way, nor is it intended to substitute professional, financial or legal advice. Results are not guaranteed and Igniting your Goddess takes no responsibility for your actions, choices or decisions.

Privacy Policy
Igniting your Goddess is committed to providing you with the best possible customer service experience while protecting your personal and health data. Igniting your goddess is bound by the Privacy Act 1988, which sets out a number of principles concerning the privacy of individuals as well as the Privacy Policy of Western Australia.
